A Legend Falls

        It's a sad day in Seattle.  Dave Niehaus has died.  He was an icon in the Northwest and simply put, THE BEST.  Voicing the Mariners since their 1977 inception, his voice was as synonymous with baseball in Seattle as Junior's swing.  His calls of Edgar's "grand salami" in Game 4 or game winning hit in Game 5 of the '95 division series still give me chills and will be seared into my brain for all time.  The Mariners will never be the same.
